∎ B.Sc. in Textiles Engineering or Graduation in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Control Management, Quality Inspection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement Quality Control System such as ResQ, ISQ etc.
∎ Follow up Quality Control System.
∎ Study on process failure and making RCA & CAP.
∎ Conduct any kind of internal process control audit such as Internal QMS Audit, PS Audit etc.
∎ Coordinate and collaborate for External Process Audit.
∎ Develop process engineering and leading process standardization.
∎ Plan for training schedule and conduct sessions for quality personnel.
∎ Collaborate and arrange Risk Assessment meeting.
∎ Define testing requirement at Pre-production stage.
∎ Arrange tests and confirm conformity before Bulk starts.
∎ Follow up Quality Auditors for required tests in Bulk stage
∎ Coordinate for testing from external labs.
∎ Control metal contamination and management of sharp tools.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in English
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word)
∎ Professional Certification & Workshop on relevant field.
Salary: Negotiable
