Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing product specifications & uploading data in the ERP system
∎ Compiling technical data sheet as per buyer's requirement
∎ Inward quality control of chemicals & packing materials
∎ Continuously improving the method of working to bring efficiency in the system
∎ Ensuring no customer complaint on account of testing related failures
∎ Execute the auditing processes across the departments
∎ Execute process audit testing of specified area and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk.
∎ Checking of nips impression in dyeing and finishing process.
∎ Inspection Flagging efficiency in inspection department.
∎ Attending customer complaint when required and root cause analysis and take corrective action.
∎ Monitoring clearance of material after detailed shade, physical appearance & defect point flagging efficiency evaluation
∎ Monitoring blanket wash & evaluation in hunter lab & visually assessment too
∎ Continuously improving the method of working to bring efficiency in the system
∎ Compiling & presenting weekly QA observations
∎ Giving feedback regarding quality issue to respective department
∎ Ensuring no customer complain
