Responsibilities & Context:
- Sound knowledge of LAN, WAN, Access Point, and Wireless Networking
- Knowledge and experience with IP, DHCP, DNS, NAT, IPv4, IPv6, OS, firewall
- Should have strong networking knowledge
- Computing Devices: Desktops, Laptops, Tablets Devices operating on MAC, Windows, Linux, Android, and other platforms.
- Office Equipment: Printers, Scanners, Projectors, Access Control Systems, etc.
- Network Equipment & Internet Connectivity: Modems, Cabling, Routers, Switches, Next Generation router & Firewalls, Access Points, Wi-Fi Networks, etc.
- Power: UPS, AVR, and other power-related equipment.
- IT inventory management and contribute to decision-making regarding device replacements and spare parts procurement.
- Maintain internal knowledge documents and actively participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues and peers.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
