∎ Master’s degree in Leather Technology or any other discipline.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Certification in Garments Technology, Textile Engineering, or Industrial Engineering will be preferred.

∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good communication skill.
∎ Self-motivated, responsible and goal oriented.
∎ Should have good skill on report writing and presentation.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong communication abilities in Bangla and English both oral and written.
∎ Computer literacy especially in office packages is must.
∎ Should have modern system adaptability & creativity.
∎ Should have honesty & integrity, positive and flexible attitude.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop quality standards and rules and regulations to achieve the desired quality of shoes.
∎ Prepare QC inspection plans in coordination with the production and material departments.
∎ Responsible for overall quality assurance and quality control in the factory.
∎ Facilitate proactive solutions by collecting and analyzing data.
∎ Set up the QA team and ensure that quality targets are achieved.
∎ Able to work in a cross-functional environment.
∎ Manage a team of people and train and develop associates.
∎ Provide technical solutions and troubleshooting support to the production team.
∎ Propose and implement strategic improvements in the quality process.
∎ Prepare various reports and submit them to the superiors.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superiors.
