∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Good understanding of Visa application process, documentation requirements and all Embassy Formalities.
∎ Create new and maintain existing relationships with local organizations, companies, etc. in the tourism industry.
∎ Maintain good liaise with Visa Agencies, Embassies, travel agents, passport offices, customs, and immigration authority.
∎ Maintain Proper Documentation and Communication with offices.
∎ Receiving and answering short mail and calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information to the respective person via phone/email.
∎ Reporting to assigned department.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal Skill.
∎ Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, Email & Internet access.
∎ Make hotel and tour reservations, correspond and liaise with hotels or suppliers.
∎ Make flight reservations in Galileo, Abacus and web base.
∎ Age 19 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience in recognized travel agency / tourism industry.
∎ Sound knowledge of tourist and business visa processing services.
∎ Good command of spoken and written English.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
