Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ -Manage regular travel company dialy operations
∎ Arrange tour transportation, accomodation
∎ Reservation for hotel and create itinerary and local attraction for tour according to meet customers'/ travel agents' requirement
∎ Responsible for handling in bound calls in a professional and efficient manner
∎ Interacts with local travel agents and oversea travel agents.
∎ Follows company procedures, guidelines and standards in building productivity, accuracy of work and punctual attendance.
∎ Communicate with staff for special needs for scheduled activities
∎ Provide general secretarial support in overall office operations, assignments, and projects
∎ Post information, file documents and maintain paper and computer records management/file systems
∎ Compile information and prepare correspondence, reports, packets, labels, envelopes, forms, and other materials
∎ Coordinate reservations, contracts, and record keeping for tours and facility reservations
∎ Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution
∎ Increasing brand awareness and market share through various marketing techniques such as social media and direct marketing.
∎ Leadership and motivation of the sales team across the 3 brands and markets.
∎ Establishing the annual and monthly sales objectives in relation to the companies business plan and monitor the progress, reporting on it quarterly.
∎ To monitor sales team performance and ensure team have product knowledge and access to relevant tools. Propose annual sales and marketing budgets.
∎ Work with management to create new opportunities for growth.
∎ Account managing and retaining a portfolio of key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Implementing marketing strategies by collecting client feedback, studying market trends and conducting competitors' analysis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 7000 - 10000 (Monthly)
∎ Festival Bonus will Consider after one year of Final Appointment
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Profit share
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
