- Must have knowledge of GDS for reservation and booking.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Air Ticketing by our own system (Air Ticketing on GDS (Travelport/Sabre).
- Keeping up-to-date with airlines and travel regulations of different countries.
- Hotel/ Resort Reservation, Client Service.
- Making Package Details with Itinerary.
- Counseling applicants regarding visa applications or travel-related matters.
- Assist applicants with documentation & information before applying for visa or perform travel.
- Processing visa files before application submission.
- Providing guidance to clients on travel-related matters such as visas, insurance, and health requirements.
- Tour consulting, Follow up calls & emails.
- Active online presence.
