• At least 1–2 years of experience in student visa counseling or international admissions

• Excellent knowledge of student visa processes for at least two or more of these regions: Europe, UK, USA, New Zealand

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in MS Office and internet research

• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple student files efficiently

• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel) and internet browsing.

• Must have a minimum 1-2 years of experience in visa consultancy, education counseling, or related field.

• Ability to multitask.

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Counselor – Student Visa & Immigration Services to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about guiding students in their international education journey and well-versed in visa and immigration processes for countries like Europe (Schengen and non-Schengen), Australia, New Zealand, USA and the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Counseling:

• Guide students and clients regarding overseas education opportunities, including program selection, country-specific requirements, and visa processes.

Research & Intake Updates:

• Continuously gather and maintain up-to-date information on university/college intakes and application deadlines in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.

• Monitor institution websites, authorized educational portals, government immigration sites, and maintain relationships with university representatives for accurate data.

Documentation Support:

• Assist students in preparing required documents such as admission applications, SOPs, CVs, academic credentials, financial statements, and visa forms. Review application packets for completeness and accuracy.

Visa Process Management:

• Advise students on visa application procedures, financial documentation, and interview preparation.

• Stay updated with changing immigration rules and embassy guidelines for each country.

Database Management:

• Maintain detailed records of student cases.

Institution Liaison:

• Act as a point of contact between students and institutions for queries, offers, and admission updates.
