We are seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Executive (Transport) for Bashundhara Group, BIEZL (Mirsharai), Sector- C.
Responsibilities:-
Prepare and maintain records of vehicles, related parts, items and workforce as per requirements
Manage route plan for vehicles, and check daily mileage and logbook for different vehicles
Maintain periodic inspection plans for fleets and generate technical reports for individual vehicle
Maintain schedule for routine maintenance of vehicles and record proper documentation of maintenance cost of vehicles
Identify technical problems and mechanical issues of vehicles and provide specialized suggestion
Prepare different sorts of work orders, notes, and monthly reports of vehicle-related expenditure
Looks after drivers’ duty roster attendance, leave and overtime as per policy
Ensure that the vehicles` TAX Token, Fitness, road permit etc. are updated and maintain records accordingly
Inform the supervisor immediately in case of accidents and try to reach the spot ASAP
