∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare yearly training calendar, training budget.
∎ Conduct Training Need Assessment (TNA).
∎ Prepare training modules & keep improving according to identified areas of improvement.
∎ Coordinate pre & post-assessment tests for each and every training and prepare the summary report.
∎ Monitor & facilitate 'Orientation' sessions and arrange on-the-job training as well as off-the-job training.
∎ Collect information from management, HOD's regarding the effectiveness of completed training courses and frequently seek to improve.
∎ Measure employee retention rates and job satisfaction by issuing assessment tests and quizzes.
∎ Initiate different employee engagement programs to create an inspiring work environment.
∎ Maintain the employee training database and assist in preparing reports to ensure ROTI (Return on Training Investment).
∎ Improve employee performance by providing necessary training.
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor/management.
