Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Location: Chattogram Division
∎
∎ Gather and analyze market data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in cement sales
∎ Collect feedback from customers and communicate insights to the management for continuous product and service improvement
∎ Provide on-site and remote technical assistance to distributors, retailers, and end-users regarding cement usage and application
∎ Maintain regular contact with existing and potential clients to ensure satisfaction and explore business opportunities
∎ Conduct regular market visits to develop leads, identify new clients, and expand market presence
∎ Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations to prospective customers to promote cement products
∎ Prepare and submit timely reports on market activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics to management
