Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in Accounting or Finance, CA-CC

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts and Finance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record and maintain all financial transaction into Tally ERP 9 software
∎ Visit physically and reconcile of outlets cash/petty cash
∎ Reconcile cash sales of outlets and monitor daily bank deposit
∎ Maintain petty cash and outlet cash flow
∎ Maintain VAT accounts & submit to circle VAT offices.
∎ Record & Report TDS, VDS deduction
∎ Prepare financial statement as per income tax rules
∎ Withdraw cash/ deposit to bank account.
∎ Travel frequently outside Dhaka for outlets inventory reconciliation
∎ Process suppliers/vendor bill for approval & payment
∎ Reconcile Bank/POS/B’Kash account
∎ Any other task assigns by supervisor/management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge in accounting system
∎ Sound knowledge in audit process
∎ Must have practical experience in TALLY ERP & MS Office package

Salary: Negotiable
