Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA in Human Resources Management from a reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle recruitment processes such as posting advertisement, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interview, preparing employment contracts aligned with local regulations, company policies and procedures.
∎ Prepare and maintain all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
∎ Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, discussing any problems or grievances they may have.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing human resource plans and personnel management policies.
∎ Communicate and explain the organization's HR policies to the employees.
∎ Prepare and process timely distribution of salary, bonus, salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements.
∎ Assist on the completion of the annual performance evaluation.
∎ Record, maintain and monitor attendance and employee timesheet to ensure employee punctuality.
∎ Conduct employee orientation and facilitate newcomers' joining formalities.
∎ Take care of disciplinary issues such as show cause, warning, investigation, termination, dismissal etc.
∎ Conduct exit interviews for employees and record them accordingly.
∎ Review job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and update them in consultation with the respective managers.
∎ Serve as a point person for all employee queries.
∎ Carry out the responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources Management.
∎ Candidates having experience in ICT sector will get preference.
∎ Smart, proactive, professional, hardworking and should have extra-ordinary interpersonal skills.
∎ Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure.
∎ Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally, as to communicate with employees, members of the Talent Management team, and in group presentations and meetings.
∎ Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes.
∎ Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable.
∎ Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and must be able to improve performance through management feedback.
∎ Tremendous computer literacy to work with Microsoft office package.
