Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams on respective requirements from stakeholders
∎ Work with historical sales data to identify, analyze, and forecasts trends
∎ Observe, report, and analyze changes in macro and micro level
∎ Analyze and organize data to create charts, graphs, business proposals, technical/research documentation as well as presentations for the top management
∎ Research raw material trend prices to determine possible increases in production costs
∎ Create forecasted financial statements based on historical data
∎ Identify potential new markets through research assigned
∎ Use operations data to develop pricing models and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Use statistical, economic, data modeling techniques to formulate solutions.
∎ Work alongside sales, manufacturing, and accounts to identify root cause of business problems
∎ Research on market trends, conduct surveys, analyze data to come up with the best solutions for business operations team
∎ Work alongside deputy managing director to receive requirements
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Experience in research or data management will be a plus
∎ Strong analytical, and data modeling skills.
∎ The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable reports.
∎ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team-working skills.
∎ Familiarity with data modeling software and Excel software.
∎ Attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Knowledge in financial modeling, variance analysis, sales forecasting
