• Ensure and monitor the invoicing process and delivery volumes.

• Maintain the delivery route plan according to the scheduled delivery timeline.

• Maintain effective control over inventory stock levels and safety stock, and arrange for regular replenishment as needed.

• Ensure the proper management of finished goods (FG) stock and take necessary actions based on requirements.

• Verify received products in the ERP system against Distribution Center (DC) quantities.

• Oversee and ensure warehouse safety, security, and administration.

• Conduct warehouse audits to maintain the stability and reputation of the store in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Address and resolve sales-related complaints from the sales team.

• Ensure and monitor the status of hired vehicles in accordance with the delivery schedule.

• Oversee company vehicles and coordinate with drivers, helpers, and loaders to ensure smooth product deliveries.

• Prepare and monitor invoices for departing vehicles.

• Liaise with and manage staff, shifts, and related operations.

• Verify received products in the ERP system against Distribution Center (DC) quantities, as required.

• Monitor and supervise warehouse safety, security, and overall administration.

• Communicate with the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) regarding vehicle loading and unloading.

• Supervise and follow up on the monthly duty roster for distribution staff and regularly update on delivery statuses.

• Prepare all departmental bills.

• Monitor attendance records and supervise the employment of drivers and helpers.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned by senior management.
