• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Indenting Firm, Shipyard, HVAC System, Importer, Technical Infrastructure, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Fire Fighting and Safety

• Bachelor/Honors

• BA hon’s or equivalent degree

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Indenting Firm, Shipyard, HVAC System, Importer, Technical Infrastructure, Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Fire Fighting and Safety

• Age At least 22 years

• Courses on warehouse/inventory/ supply chain management  
• REQUIRED SKILLS: Microsoft 365, QuickBooks

• Responsible for maintaining products in Store.·      
• Prepare Delivery Challan for sales, service, interdepartmental transfer (Admin, IT, Hydrography), in transit and consignee transfer as per Material Requisition Form·      
• Submit Product requisition form (PRF) to order in case of non-availability of product in store.·      
• Update Excel Sheet of Delivery Challan and documentation of hard copies.
• Provide Admin No, excel sheet update and documentation of hard copies.
• Product Mustering of Incoming Goods, placement in store and documentation of hard copies (Packing List, PRF).
• Report to order and shipping team if there’s any discrepancy on incoming goods·      
• Update stock Report and make entry in QuickBooks of incoming and returned goods.·      
• Maintain Register Book (Incoming, Gate Pass, In Transit, Consignee Transfer and temporary loan) 
• Receive Returned products from customer, mustering and report to Inspection team for checking and place in store and inventory update after proper inspection.
• Master store in Quarterly basis.
