Responsibilities & Context:
- Responsible for maintaining products in Store.·
- Prepare Delivery Challan for sales, service, interdepartmental transfer (Admin, IT, Hydrography), in transit and consignee transfer as per Material Requisition Form·
- Submit Product requisition form (PRF) to order in case of non-availability of product in store.·
- Update Excel Sheet of Delivery Challan and documentation of hard copies.
- Provide Admin No, excel sheet update and documentation of hard copies.
- Product Mustering of Incoming Goods, placement in store and documentation of hard copies (Packing List, PRF).
- Report to order and shipping team if there’s any discrepancy on incoming goods·
- Update stock Report and make entry in QuickBooks of incoming and returned goods.·
- Maintain Register Book (Incoming, Gate Pass, In Transit, Consignee Transfer and temporary loan)
- Receive Returned products from customer, mustering and report to Inspection team for checking and place in store and inventory update after proper inspection.
- Master store in Quarterly basis.
