Responsibilities & Context:
Job Description/Responsibility:
- News room coordination
- Driver Scheduling & Driver roster management
- Responsible for maintaining vehicles update documents, registration, insurance, fitness, tax token, route permit and police case etc.
- Prepare the monthly & yearly expenses statement on the basis of each vehicle report.
- Responsible for daily pool vehicle movement schedule plan.
- All vehicle maintenance.
- Process of fuel & accessories reimbursement.
- Monitoring & record keeping of all vehicles accidents and take necessary step.
- Have to prepare Vehicle tracking update.
- Preserving the legal documents of vehicles.
- Conduct driver's interview.
- Keeping record of all vehicle expenses.
- Maintain daily driver's attendance report.
- Others miscellaneous work as and when management requires.
