∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performed roster duty on 24/7 Help-Desk as a contact center agent or by travelling client site according to company's requirement.
∎ To attend patiently all types of client's issues and resolve them until the client is satisfied along with clients required query about our service.
∎ Mikrotik configured as per client requirements (firewall rule create. NAT issue, BW limit routes check, port check, tunnel creation, port forwarding and so on, also giving support for Wi-Fi routers.
∎ Follow up all types of mail issues, such as Outlook Configuration, PST file issue, domain expire issue, quota full, & also trouble shoot of outlook etc. Take care of 1st level IPTEL support.
∎ Resolved client issue by phone & remote access (BW issue, Wi-Fi problem, LAN problem) doing activation, deactivation, upgradation, downgrading, survey & shifting process when concern colleague is not available.
∎ Monitoring Network performance for clients (Bandwidth usage, security etc.) and various POP (Point of Presence) at different Location. Also monitor ticketing system follow-up with client & relevant department.
∎ Installing, configuring and supporting all kind of network and server equipment. Networking and providing support for Windows, Macintosh and Linux issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation in CSE from any public or private university
∎ Proficient in MS Office and call center equipment/software programs
∎ OSI & TCP, Layer 2 protocol and security, Layer3 Protocol and security, stp
∎ IPv4 details, IPv6 basic, physical address (MAC) details, subnetting
∎ Network simulator/emulator
∎ Network Media type and equipment (short range, long range, point to point and point to multipoint)
∎ Routing protocol (basic), icmp (ping) details, TTL, traceroute details
∎ ISP Tires, SNAT, DNAT, CGNAT, Bandwidth, email protocols (smtp, pop, imap, mta, mda), internet architecture, telnet, ssh, dns, ssl/Tls, dhcp, http, https, tcp, udp, mtu, mss, segmentation, fragmentation, vlan, vtp, hub & switch, MS outlook
∎ WLAN (Wifi) details, AP, AP & wireless router configuration, WLAN channel, frequency bands, bandwidth and relation with each other, channel bonding.
∎ GPON & EPON basic, how GPON and EPON working
∎ Basic knowledge about Cisco switch, router, Mikrotik (IP configuration, Queue, Firewall, NAT), FTTH
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Positive and patient and ability work on roster basis
∎ Collaborate with the technical and business teams
