Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Knowledgeable Real Estate business and present market scenario.
∎ Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly & quarterly strategic marketing plan.
∎ Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.Arrange meetings and project visits for the clients.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
∎ Capable to handle customer strongly and independently.
∎ Candidate should be well disciplined, energetic, confident and capable to work under pressure with positive approach.
∎ Must have knowledge to do the team work, should be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management
