• Computer literacy is must (MS-Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, social media & E-mail operation).

• Fairly good in written & spoken English as well as Bengali.

• Knowledgeable Real Estate business and present market scenario.

• Should have positive mindset to achieve monthly & quarterly strategic marketing plan.

• Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis.

• Arrange meetings and project visits for the clients.

• Prepare daily and monthly sales report.

• Capable to handle customer strongly and independently.

• Candidate should be well disciplined, energetic, confident and capable to work under pressure with positive approach.

• Must have knowledge to do the team work, should be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.

• Any other task assigned by Management
