Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit community doctors and key opinion leaders at different institutions and chambers to inform them about the facilities of the Center.
∎ Scheduling meetings with potential and existing customers, which includes doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other health care professionals.
∎ Presenting center services to potential and existing customers and persuading them to take HD services.
∎ Identifying customers' needs, maintaining good working relationships with new and existing customers by providing excellent after-sales service.
∎ Arranging conferences and group events for medical professionals.
∎ Regularly attending industry events, training, company meetings, briefings, and educational workshops.
∎ Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
∎ Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans.
∎ Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws Network to improve the presence and reputation of the company.
∎ Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in spot sales and event sales will be an advantage to be successful in this role.
∎ Well versed with MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
∎ Excellent Communication in English and Bengali (verbal and written, error-free, accent-free verbal and written with good body language) skills, IT-friendly (social media operations), and proactive in establishing relationships'
