Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare voucher & maintain/update/posting ledger properly in Excel & Software.
∎ Responsible for billing process, prepare supplier bill reconciliation statement, cheque withdraw, issue and party payment.
∎ Preparing Cash Vouchers & Daily fund status preparation.
∎ Payback, TA/DA checking & Sales incentive calculation & Payment.
∎ Monthly TDS, VDS, Salary Tax preparation and submission.
∎ Corresponding with Banks, Suppliers, Supply Chain & others concerns under the Group.
∎ Fixed Asset Management & Monthly provision posting.
∎ Communicating with depots and managing depot cash expenses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Accounting software Tally/Troyee.
