B.Sc. /M.Sc. in Food Science/ Food Engineering/ Chemistry from reputed university
Should have minimum 03 years of work experience in Bakery product development/ production in FMCG company.
Develop new bakery products as per market trends and company strategy.
Improve existing products for better taste, shelf life or cost optimization.
Conduct plant trials to evaluate feasibility and make report.
Optimize formulations and process parameters for consistency and efficiency.
Prepare technical documentation including process flow, raw material specification, reports etc.
Ensure all developed products comply with food safety, labeling and regulatory requirements (e.g., BSTI, FSSAI, Codex).
Explore innovative ingredients, flavor profiles, and processing technologies.
Perform sensory evaluations to assess product performance.
Study market trends, competitor products and consumer preferences in bakery segments.
