Experience:
• Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the local real estate market;
• Review new listings and communicate with the property owners accordingly that are in line with the business objectives;
• Conduct MOU of new property;
• Visit every property before making MOU for better understanding and knowledge;
• Property details cross-check and ask clients for property details;
• Take inside images/videos and upload in company database;
• Make notes of every details about the Property;
• Finalise the terms and conditions with the property owners as per business objective;
• Collect legal documents to give to the legal team to validate;
• Setting property valuation according to market price and negotiating with seller;
• Discuss about commission as per company policy;
• Share listings to the Sales Team as per the client’s requirements;
• Set a viewing as per the client’s schedule and notify the property owner and accompany the client viewing along with the sales adviser;
• Engaging in negotiations with clients to establish mutually beneficial relationships and facilitate the acquisition of real estate assets based on the company`s value propositions;
• Coordinate with Lead Management and After Sales team to smooth the business process;
• Meeting monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• The applicants should have experience in the relevant field(s):
Real Estate or Real Estate Solution Provider Company.
Additional Requirements
• Proper knowledge of property documents (leasehold and freehold);
• Having depth knowledge of MOU, RS/ CS Khatian (porcha), Dhaka City Jorip, Lease Deed, Heba Dolil, Bia Deed, Title Deed, Khajna Kharis, Rajuk Aprrove letter, Rajuk approved Layout plan;
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills;
• Must be target-oriented and ability to meet deadlines;
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence and persuade others to reach mutually beneficial agreements;
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct in all business dealings;
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude.
