Creating a strong client data base to ensure approaching on a regular basis for closing potential deals.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, self-monitoring and also monitoring of team members.
Checking up on sales team to protect the best interest of the company.
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential buyers and real estate agents to expand the customer base.
Ensuring proper hospitality to potential clients during meetings with sales team.
