Responsibilities & Context:
Hunting new customer and generate leads for sale of properties (Apartment & Land).
Achieve departmental goal through Direct Marketing, Database Marketing and Tele-Marketing.
Create a strong relationship with the clients for potential opportunities.
Ensure monthly sales target achieved.
Update daily activities reports in ERP software.
Collecting information about market value of real estate properties.
