B.Sc. in IPE/CSE/Textile/BBA from any reputed university.
ERP support or implementation experience in Textile & Garments.
Responsibilities & Context:
Define and analyze current process maps, collaborate with stakeholders to design new business processes, and stay updated on industry practices.
Prepare Configuration Blueprints, Customization Designs, and report layouts; configure software as per business needs, and understand software capabilities and settings.
Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and document new work procedures.
Simulate processes and systems, develop and execute test cases, coordinate user acceptance testing, identify improvement opportunities, and document software gaps and project issues.
Support end-users post go-live, and plan and execute data conversion.
