Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Install Configure and Troubleshoot of Desktops, Laptops,
∎ Wi-Fi, access point Configure and monitoring.
∎ Troubleshooting of Hardware and Software related issue.
∎ All PC maintenance, troubleshoot, software problem solution.
∎ Network Administrator and monitoring with MikroTik Router.
∎ Network File Sharing, Printer Sharing, network printer configure.
∎ Kaspersky Anti-Virus Installation & Implementing Anti-virus software and update regularly.
∎ Install & configure of data & internet connectivity.
∎ All IT Compliance Documents file creating monthly, yearly for Security Audit, Training Report etc.
∎ Install, configure & troubleshoot internet software.
∎ Install, configure, backup & restoration of Mailing Software of Microsoft Outlook.
∎ Install and configure of network cable, Connector, router and switch and troubleshoot.
∎ Installations of CCTV & IP Camera and Troubleshooting and monitoring and backup.
∎ NVR & DVR Troubleshooting problem solutions.
∎ UPS installation and troubleshooting.
∎ Attendance Machine & Access Control Machine, Data Collected and software support.
∎ Punch Machine troubleshooting problem, IP configuration, Data collected etc.
∎ Supported to production related customized software like Winda, AGMS etc.
