• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must.

• Experience in warehouse administration, stock control, or distribution is an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail, especially with documentation and inventory accuracy.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Alfamart, a leading international convenience store chain and one of the largest in its home country, is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited under the name Alfamart Trading Bangladesh. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience, the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Executive/Sr. Executive, Inventory, to ensure accurate and efficient stock management across stores and warehouses in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.

Job Purpose

The Executive/ Sr.Executive, Inventory, is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory data, ensuring that physical stock matches system records. The role oversees stock count activities, monitors stock movement, investigates discrepancies and supports efficient stock control to minimize losses and ensure operational accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor stock activities for stores and warehouses.

• Verify and maintain accurate stock records and documentation.

• Prepare and submit stock reports with necessary supporting documents.

• Investigate stock discrepancies and make authorized adjustments.

• Monitor stock levels, turnover, and in-transit goods to ensure efficiency.

• Coordinate with store, warehouse, and finance teams for data accuracy and process compliance.
