Job Responsibilities:
∎ To study factory production capacity and efficiency.
∎ To provide the opportunity to achieve maximum results with minimum effort.
∎ Preparing Operation Breakdown/Layout & Calculate required Manpower & Machinery.
∎ Preparing Line Lay -Out by following the operation bulletin.
∎ Follow-up line Balancing, Problem Identification & Solution, Line Target, Manpower & Machine Budget.
∎ Monitor hourly production as per target & find the bottleneck and solve it.
∎ Coordinate with the Production & Planning team to ensure best productivity.
∎ Ensure the budgeted manpower is allotted at each operation in line.
∎ Ensure back-to-back feeding, checking method when line feeding.
∎ Monitor the production floor for Maximum utilization of Man & Machine.
∎ Planned, coordinate, organize and control of the total production process.
∎ Minimizing wastes, defects and rejections to a reasonable level to ensure profitability.
∎ Monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that are achieved as per the given target.
∎ To help and motivate operators to achieve daily production targets.
∎ Line balancing
