Job Context:
∎ We (BITOPI GROUP) are looking for some young, energetic, enthusiastic people to work with our new venture "CROYDON KOWLOON DESIGNS LTD. (Woven Factory - Bottom / Jacket / Shirt)." as Executive / Sr. Executive - IE. You may apply, if you are organized with strong attention to details; have a can-do attitude happy to learn new skill and great communication skills with professional etiquette.
∎ Job Location : DEPZ( the Job may be transferable to any Factory/ any location within the group based on requirements)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Costing operation bulletin for jacket, Shirt & trousers with sketch , thread consumption
∎ Communicating with merchandising team regarding costing SMV and other SMV , thread consumption issues
∎ Set the target, draft and design layout of machine, materials and work place to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer
∎ Study and record time, motions, method and speed involved in performance of production, maintenance, and other worker operations
∎ Ensure style wise line balancing, Lay Out the production schedule to meet productivity
∎ Analyzing productivity and improve system by implementing the method developments
∎ Carry out feasibility study for purchasing new machine
∎ Assist IE Head to execute and evaluate workers' performance, motivating workers, Incentive planning, disciplinary matters and training needs
∎ Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standard
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Should have experience on Jacket, shirt & bottoms Production
∎ Knowledge of IE tools and statistics and their applications, GSD , Auto CAD, ERP Software, Fast React
∎ Reporting skill, communication skill, productions know how
∎ Self-motivated and capable of team building/ Able to work under pressure
∎ Good communication skill & Computer Operating Knowledge in Bengali & English
∎ Should be willing to reside close to Factory
Salary: Negotiable
