∎ Knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Word & Excel).
∎ Candidates must have satisfactory knowledge of HR development and compliance issues
∎ The applicants must have knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): General HR, Compliance, Employee Database, Attendance & leave Management, HRIS.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all compliance issues of a fully compliant to different project.
∎ To handle recruitment process, orientation program, exit interview and final settlement, etc.
∎ To prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) after completing of compliance audit and keeping all relevant documents.
∎ Execute company policies about compliance programs.
∎ HR Planning & Development (orientation, training, motivating, career planning).
∎ Attendance & Leave Management.
∎ Renewal of license/ agreement.
∎ Maintain HR Database
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
