Job Responsibilities:
∎ Produce Design Concepts.
∎ Expertise in Digital Marketing Design.
∎ Helping Digital Marketing team and Consultancy team by new design/idea.
∎ Understanding social media trends and impact in design.
∎ Thinking creatively and independently to produce new ideas and concepts.
∎ Aesthetic and Core design concept.
∎ Responsible for creating design solutions that have a high visual impact world wide.
∎ Animation and Video skills of making videos.
∎ The Graphic Designer will work closely with Digital Team, designing content for the company and others.
∎ The position will also be responsible for creating digital assets for the Marketing and Press Teams including social content and digital advertising.
∎ The position will be responsible for ensuring that digital content is brand appropriate and consistent with a determined aesthetic style.
∎ The Digital Designer will also work on research and development for new projects, both from a creative perspective and from a technical point of view, exploring and understanding new developments in tech and digital.
∎ Design of online and offline marketing materials, including online banners, social media creatives, offline print material, ATL & BTL merchandising materials.
∎ Contribute to every aspect of our products, including everything from designing new ads and creating campaigns from scratch in all of our channels.
∎ Continue to develop the look and feel of services and our Brand by adhering to brand guidelines.
∎ Develop & Design HTML5 Banners and Rich Media Content.
∎ Generate ideas and visual concept.
∎ To create clean, minimalistic and extraordinary designs for multiple mediums including video commercials, print advertorials and digital ads.
∎ Document creative briefs and coordinate with other teams and departments.
∎ Work in coordination with the copy team.
∎ Take part/support the marketing team in brainstorming and ideation with design or campaign related challenges.
∎ Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and have Knowledge on Art & Sketch, Motion Graphic, Graphic Design (Computer Aided), Special Effect (Computer Aided) Design.
∎ Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts.
∎ Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
∎ Prioritize and distribute work in team.
∎ Ensure deliverables on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
