Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep ready the factory for all types of audit based on an effective legal compliance program.
∎ Create sound internal controls and strong monitoring system for effective IR and grievance
∎ Conduct internal audit processes, having a good practices to identify developing areas.
∎ Evaluate factory daily activities (e.g. Cut to Pack process) to assess compliance factors gap analysis and also risk assessment
∎ Collaborate with external auditors and HR as a team player
∎ Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices
∎ Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance
∎ Keep abreast of internal standards and business goals
∎ Monitor over all Recruitment system to ensure recruitment is done as per Law and all employees are registered in Biometric data base system.
∎ Take care all employees workplace Health & Safety.
∎ Coordinate with HO as per HOD-HR advice for legal documents renewal.
∎ Monitor House Keeping Team to maintain a Hygienic workplace
∎ Conduct exit interview to find out the root cause of separation.
∎ Prepare CAP as per customer or auditors requirement.
∎ Maintain a good relation with internal & external customers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having experience of compliance, audit and buyer handling
