Responsibilities & Context:
To prepare invoice, based on packing list and other relevant documents for custom clearance.
To prepare the vessel booking & approval schedule daily basis .based on factory information.
To co-ordinate with concerned marketing official, C&F agent, factory finishing concern, freight forwarder and buyer in case of in the event of failure of handing over the export consignment to forwarder.
To send the revised booking to forwarding /shipping line if and when required in consultation with buyer/shipping line and concern marketing officials.
To bring necessary amendment in the L/C if required in consolation with the departmental head.
To follow up and monitor all works lying in between the dispatching of the export consignment and its arrival to Chittagong port.
To keep constant liaison with shipping line/freight forwarder to collect the shipment advice for its onward transmission to buyer. To address all problems relating to stuffing if any under intimation to management.
To prepare Export Follow-up chart based on total ex-factory data of all factories and report to Finance dept.
To collect EXP from Export Monitoring system.
And other if necessary to follow the department head instruction.
