Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Executive: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Sr. Executive: 4–6 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in design tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion, Photoshop.
Strong creativity and aesthetic sense with technical accuracy.
Good knowledge of building codes regulations and materials.
Project coordination site supervision and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop architectural concepts drawings and designs for residential commercial and industrial projects.
Prepare detailed layouts working drawings and 3D visualizations as per project requirements.
Coordinate with consultants engineers and contractors to ensure design intent is properly executed.
Ensure compliance with building codes regulations safety and environmental standards.
Manage project documentation BOQ preparation and approval of design changes.
Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide design-related support.
Assist in project planning material selection and specification preparation.
Review and revise architectural drawings to align with functional and aesthetic requirements.
Collaborate with internal departments and management to meet project objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of design outputs within budget and quality standards.
