Claims Processing (Insurance), Customer relationship, Life Insurance
Job Context:
∎ Maintenance liaison & relationship with insured member.
∎ Maintaining good relation with hospital contact person.
∎ Ensuring justified claim evaluation, claims processing & settlement in time.
∎ Prompt enquiry Response to the valued customers (24/7) as carrying help number of GLIL.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop countrywide Guardian Life Hospital network and maintain liaison and good relationship with them to ensure proper services to the staffs/insured clients and to make procedures more convenient and economic.
∎ To ensure justified, comprehensive and proportionate way out of all kinds of Health issue with highest level professional dignity in order to achieve the overall strategic goals and objectives of the Company.
∎ Maintain regular liaison, frequent hospital visit & build up a decent relationship with hospital team to ensure smooth, hassle free standard quality health services to the valued insured members.
∎ Punctuality in documentation, Up gradation of database, overall administrative and logistic support to the interdepartmental colleagues and company as well.
∎ Recovery amount collected from insured members and hospitals.
∎ Giving call center/Facebook feedback.
∎ Visiting hospital for extra care of insured member based on situation.
∎ Over phone or physically claims investigation.
∎ Corporate agreement with hospital for providing GOP
∎ Preparing different reports regarding GoP.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Negotiation with hospitals, Communication, Travel experience, Analytical ability, Corporate agreement with hospitals all over Bangladesh, Report Preparation, Ensuring Justified Claim investigation, Prompt Inquiry response
Salary: Negotiable
