Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Fiber splicing, FTTX technology, Network testing, OTD Funcstions, Physical layer, POP Maintenance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IIG, ISP, NTTN, Telco Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide professional support consistently to the customers.
∎ Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
∎ Establish physical Connection from POP to the Client via fiber and Radio.
∎ Physical survey for new clients' location, finding GPS for remote areas, finding 3rd party for network establishment in different areas.
∎ Configuring & managing Mikrotik Router, Radio devices (NanoStation M5, Cambium) and various Wi-Fi routers.
∎ Network troubleshooting including LAN & WAN, TCP/IP as well as different routing protocols.
∎ Periodic inspection of fiber routes and work sites.
∎ Provide support in migration/upgrade to the new hardware & tools to keep the standard of IT equipment.
∎ Support over the phone to resolve clients' LAN issues and communicate with 3rd party and NTTN to resolve the problems.
∎ Monitoring tickets, links, and POPs in NMS systems.
∎ Put extended attention to work in the field team and their work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 04 years of working experience in ISP, IIG, NTTN & Telecommunication.
∎ Must have extensive knowledge of fiber splicing, OTD functions and other network testing.
∎ Applied knowledge of FTTX configuration and troubleshooting.
∎ Strong knowledge of physical layer (e.g., Optical fiber and Radio Link)
∎ Should know how to perform pop maintenance
∎ Should know how to develop inter-department relationships
∎ Should know how to maintain healthy relationships with customers.
∎ Effective time management and logical decision-making ability.
∎ Ability to work in a 365/24/7 environment.
