Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 2 year(s) in any Spinning Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of all incoming orders, payment transactions, and inventory of yarn and cotton materials.
∎ Supplier Coordination: Establish strong working relationships with suppliers and serve as the main point of contact for communication. Efficiently liaise with them to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth order processing.
∎ Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment schedules closely and follow up on delivery timelines to prevent any delays. Verify that all required documents are in order for the smooth clearance of shipments.
∎ Timely Receiving: Oversee the timely receipt of yarn and cotton materials to maintain a steady production flow and avoid stockouts.
∎ Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal departments, such as production, quality control, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and efficient workflow across the organization.
∎ Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for streamlining processes and implementing improvements to enhance overall efficiency and reduce lead times.
∎ Quality Control: Work closely with the quality control team to ensure that all received materials meet the required standards and specifications.
∎ Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to generate valuable insights related to inventory, procurement, and supplier performance.
