∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in CSE/ CSI/ ETE or IT related professional certification
∎ Candidates having Training certification in A+, CompTIA, MCSA, CCNA, RHCE will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and Enterprise applications
∎ Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults to run OS or enterprise applications
∎ Monitoring and maintaining computer systems, various ISP/Data links, and network devices
∎ Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Good knowledge of Networking.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
∎ Strong problem-solving skills
∎ Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux systems, server, virtualization and scripting

Salary: Negotiable
