Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates should have MBA/ Masters in any discipline, preference in Finance, Accounting, Marketing and Management from any reputed universities.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Comply and execute client order by following all trading rules, regulations of BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL and other regulatory body (s)
∎ Must be friendly and courteous with clients.
∎ Closely monitoring client's margin exposure and provide necessary service to clients.
∎ Generating and achieving brokerage house targets.
∎ Analyze market trend to extent better service to the clients.
∎ Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, target oriented and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Review client position on regular basis.
∎ Introduce and implement effective marketing strategy to bring new clients.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2-4 years of Experience in Capital Market Operation of Bangladesh
∎ S/he should be dedicated to build long term career in capital market with challenge and passion as the guiding principle.
∎ Must have thorough knowledge about listed scripts in DSE and CSE
∎ Strong leadership skill with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to maintain and develop relations with people to deliver service and procure business
∎ Knowledge on rules and regulations of BSEC and other regulatory bodies
∎ Ability to procure new business
