∎ Sales & Business Development
∎ Actively promote and sell residential plots, apartments, and hotel/resort shares to individual and corporate clients.
∎ Identify and engage potential buyers through cold calling, referrals, corporate visits, social media, and networking events.
∎ Conduct property presentations, site visits, and negotiations to close deals efficiently.
∎ Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company objectives.
∎ Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to maximize conversions.
∎ Client Relationship Management
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
∎ Provide consultative selling by understanding client needs and offering suitable property solutions.
∎ Provide after-sales support, including documentation assistance and follow-ups for customer satisfaction.
∎ Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Market Research & Promotions
∎ Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences.
∎ Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, roadshows, and corporate events to enhance brand visibility.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital and offline promotional campaigns.
∎ Sales Process & Documentation
∎ Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final booking and handover.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales agreements, payments, and legal documentation.
∎ Maintain proper records of client interactions, sales progress, and feedback in the CRM system.
∎ Reporting & Team Collaboration
∎ Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management with performance insights.
