Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation in any discipline/Diploma in Civil Engineer/M.A/M.Com

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve assigned sales target by maximizing sales.
∎ Retain existing client with effective co-operation.
∎ Prepare a daily report over existing customer with their feedback.
∎ Prepare action plans and schedule for sales.
∎ Communicate regularly with customer & team members.
∎ Maintaining and updating existing & potential customer databases
∎ Maintain sales activity records and reports.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing best of services and maintain decent relationships with the clients/customers.
∎ Monitor the activities of the competitors, conduct survey on market conditions & product development and offer corrective measures to Head of Sales.
∎ Any kind of task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 year(s) in any marketing scctor/Concrete Block Market.
∎ If any candidate have experience in concrete sector will get extra priority.
∎ Strong communication skills (both in English & Bangla), analytical skills & leadership capability.
∎ Excellent Negotiation skills
∎ Must be able to operate computer (MS Word/Excel/Office)
∎ If any candidate have personal Motor Bike will get priority
