Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all processes in the organization
- Ensure all procedures are controlled as to their validity, accuracy and adequacy to ensure current versions are made available to all user points.
- Ensure procedure changes are approved for adequacy by relevant authority and changes and revision status are identified in all documents.
- Ensure all formats / checklists / tags / registers / work instructions are controlled as to their issue and use.
- Carryout regular internal audits to ensure SOP’s are carried out by the departments as planned.
- Report nonconformities to management and initiate corrective actions to improve the quality system.
- Carryout Health & Safety, product safety and Buyer Technical audits.
- Assist Management Representative in coordinating with external auditors on planned audits and compliance.
- Carryout regular data accuracy audits to ensure performance data is without error and reflect the actual performance levels.
- Communicate the effectiveness of the Process Management System throughout the organization.
- Assist the Manager QMS in day to day activities.
- Maintain health and safety, cleanliness procedures
