∎ Evaluate and monitor the production process
∎ Plan & formulate the departmental strategy for efficient production
∎ Ensure quality production with minimum cost
∎ Prepare & update reports production reports
∎ Follow up on regular activities of the department
∎ Develop and implement long term goals to ensure efficiency
∎ Provide training to the subordinates
Additional Requirements:
