Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Footwear Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering
∎ BBA/ Masters/ MBS/ MBA with relevant experience in production planning

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation, Production planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Tannery/Footwear

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure proper production planning for synthetic and leather shoe production
∎ Confirm that decisions are made on all aspects of the planning function
∎ Advise on order acceptance and coordinate with merchandising, planning, sample development and other concern department
∎ Monitor raw materials planning and in accordance with production forecast
∎ Follow-up the inventory of raw materials and keep close touch with store regarding raw materials availability
∎ Make the daily basis planning and line balancing as per schedule
∎ Follow-up production output and find out bottle-necks, technical, quality, machinery problems with immediate solution
∎ Follow-up repair and rejection and verify consumption of raw materials and find out root cause of re-cutting
∎ Prepare and follow up shipment calendar, line feeding calendar, cut to pack calendar
∎ Utilize full factory capacity to ensure shipments on time
∎ Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Must have sound knowledge about machinery, shoes, leather goods and accessories, quality and productivity
∎ Sound knowledge in computer
∎ Pro-active and result oriented
∎ Excellent leadership quality
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated, dynamic and honest
