∎ At least 5 year(s)

Garments Planning
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to update the Capacity chart as per capacity booking.
∎ Allocate the cutting, printing, embroidery & sewing capacity buyer wise as capacity chart & communicate with respective department.
∎ Prepare cutting plan, printing plan, embroidery plan, sewing plan shipment plan etc.
∎ Based on shipment date & communicating with respective department.
∎ Responsible to update the order confirmation details in master order book.
∎ Responsible to follow up the raw materials to be in housed before PCD date.
∎ Responsible to follow up the production output to be completed as per shipment plan.
∎ Achieve the departmental objective/target/KPI.
∎ Follow the Quality policy objective.
∎ Maintain the activities as per the requirement of ISO, 5S & buyer.
∎ Follow up of the input, accessories, size set, and sample production to achieve the output as per shipment plan.
∎ Cooperating with merchandising to conduct the P.P meeting.
∎ Developing and implementing systems/ standards/ procedures to improve the effectiveness of planning/ loading processes.
∎ Monitoring orders & assisting production team in achieving weekly & monthly targets.
∎ Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.
∎ Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
∎ Ensure health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could effect the H&S risks are necessary.
∎ Ensure aspects that have impact to the environment by your processes is identified and reviews to meet with environmental objectives of the organization
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
