∎ Knowledge of defects and their rectifications.
∎ Knowledge of Loom settings of Airjet and Rapier looms.
∎ Efficient handling of manpower for execution of instructions.
∎ Knowledge of latest weaving technologies.

∎ Age at least 24 years
