∎ Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
∎ CA (CC) certification will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong knowledge of financial analysis, risk management, compliance standards, and taxation.
∎ Hands-on experience with audit tools, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
∎ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.Strong analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bengali and English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits across various departments, including production, procurement, inventory, and accounts.
∎ Evaluate internal control systems to prevent fraud, mismanagement, and inefficiencies.
∎ Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and labor laws related to garments and textiles.
∎ Assess costing, budgeting, and financial records to identify any discrepancies or irregularities.
∎ Monitor raw material procurement, inventory management, and production processes to prevent wastage and inefficiency.
∎ Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risks, and recommendations for improvement.
∎ Assist in the development of audit programs, SOPs, and risk assessment frameworks for the factory operations.
∎ Collaborate with management and department heads to implement corrective action plans based on audit findings.
∎ Conduct surprise audits to ensure continuous compliance and accountability.
