∎ MBA/ Masters in HRM from any reputed University.
∎ PGDHRM will get more preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & update manpower planning; Prepare & update organogram and manpower setup;
∎ Recruitment and Employee Screening. Acquiring new talent is something every business needs; Prepare a succession plan;
∎ Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees;
∎ To ensure employee counseling & motivation, specially counseling employees who are stressed;
∎ Creating an environment of open communication; Conducting a yearly self-employee assessment program, conducting interviews and finalizing the report;
∎ Execute & finalize yearly performance management and analyze the employee’s performance with previous years; Work with departmental heads during appraisals;
∎ Prepare yearly increment, promotion letter, and letter for appreciation and improvement of employee’s performance;
∎ Support for preparation of any kinds of payment sheet (salary & wages, allowance & OT, Bonus, advance, EL encasement, etc.);
∎ Prepare any kinds of reports; monthly HR report, department-wise service analysis report, comparative analysis with production and manpower cost, salary & OT analysis;
∎ Administration of attendance data, incident records, medical insurance and work injury claims;
∎ Manage employees’ grievances; Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievances, disciplinary issues and termination;
∎ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention;
∎ Introducing employee wellness programs; Creating company policies based on best practices;
∎ Remembering employee birthdays and important event dates;
∎ To ensure employee attendance management and help leave management process;
∎ To help probation management process;
∎ To ensure employee compensation and benefits process. Helping make the payroll of the company;
∎ Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them;
∎ Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ERP);
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in HR Department with reputed Ceramics/ Manufacture Industry.
∎ Must have good English communication skills both written & oral.
∎ Must have knowledge of MS Excel advanced level.
∎ Pleasant personality with a positive attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Good knowledge of labor law.
